Booking Policies
By booking with us at Florists of the Valley, you agree to the following terms to help us maintain a clean, respectful, and collaborative environment for all.
🌿 Clean-Up Policy

All workbenches must be fully cleaned at the end of each day. This includes removing floral scraps, cleaning surfaces, and returning any borrowed tools.

Failure to clean your space will result in a cleaning fee charged to your account.
🗑 Trash Disposal

Florists are responsible for taking out their own trash daily—even if the bag isn’t full.
-
Trash bags must be thrown in the outside dumpster before leaving for the day.

After removing a bag, replace it with a new one in your assigned bin.
🕒 Studio Access Hours

Studio hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 7 days a week.

If you need access outside of those hours, please text 801-231-0431 to request an entry code.

Unscheduled early or late access may not be granted without prior notice.
📅 Cancellations & Refunds

Day Passes must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Workshops and 1:1 sessions must be canceled 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

No-shows are non-refundable.
🔐 Security & Entry

Always keep all doors closed and secure while you’re in the space.

You may use the west doors, but they must be locked immediately after use.

Never share your access codes with anyone under any circumstances this will result in denied access to book with us in the future.
🤝 Respect for Others

Be kind and considerate of fellow florists and creatives.

We value a "community over competition" mindset—let’s uplift and support each other.

Use headphones for music or videos to maintain a focused, peaceful studio environment.

Do not interrupt press photographers during their sessions or while they’re working.
🚪 Suite Access

The Flowers of the Press suite is strictly off-limits to renters unless invited. Please respect this private workspace.
🔧 Damages & Liability

Renters are financially responsible for any damage caused to tools, furniture, or studio property.

Please notify us right away if something breaks.

Florists of the Valley is not liable for lost personal items or injuries due to misuse of the space.
📸 Photo & Video Use

On occasion, behind-the-scenes content may be captured in the studio for social media or marketing purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in any photos or videos, please let us know in advance and we’ll respect your privacy.
🧰 Studio Etiquette & Shared Resources

The studio offers several shared tools and supplies (e.g. buckets, ladders, carts, etc.).

Please leave everything exactly how you found it—clean, dry, and ready for the next florist.
